Creeping Paralysis (2000)
A couple on the lamb, takes cover in an abandoned warehouse, that happens to be owned by a cult, the couple makes a deal with the cult, for their unborn child, in exchange for some gold, but the couple backs out, the leader of the cult unleashes the undead on them.
