August 1997
The very first issue of featuring

A few months after launch, a redesign of incorporates additional articles and sections.

As the site grows, adds a sidebar with additional links and sections in addition to the header navigation.  A search box is added to find past articles.

Almost in time for the first year anniversary, drops the “magazine” ending to its name and begins to offer advertising.
