Pipe on Head (2003)
A hardcore & nasty corporate woman re-discovers her long lost childhood friend, whom she'd forgotten all about in favor of her modern and soulless career. He cares for her after an accident in the woods, winning her trust. Pipe-On-Head agrees to accompany her back to the city. She thinks he's coming to join her world, he thinks she's just stopping back for a final goodbye. Only one of them is right.
