August 1997
The very first issue of NewEnglandFilm.com featuring 
2 articles and a “Seen on the Scene” section.

December 1997
A few months after launch, a redesign of NewEnglandFilm.com incorporates additional articles and sections.

April 1998
As the site grows, NewEnglandFilm.com adds a sidebar with additional links and sections in addition to the header navigation.  A search box is added to find past articles.

July 1998
Almost in time for the first year anniversary, NewEnglandFilm.com drops the “magazine” ending to its name and begins to offer advertising.
