I have always been very creative at a very young age of 3 years old. My aunt was in the garment industry and had owned a dress shop in Middletown, CT . She was a fashion designer, wardrobe stylist, dress maker and fixed many things. She was my mothers oldest sister and taught my mother and I to sew. I learned how to sew at 5 years of age. I have been a Costume Designer for over 36 years. Some production companies I worked for as a Costume and Scenic Designer were Sleather Studios and Cinemystic Productions. I also was a Costume Designer, Stitcher and Scenic Artist for high school and college plays. I graduated from Nathaniel Hawthorne College a division of University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Masters program of Fine Arts at the University of New Haven.
