New England Connection: Downhill is my undergraduate thesis film from my studies at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
Director(s) Bio:: I received my BFA in animation from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston. I’m originally from Baltimore, MD, and an alumna of Carver Center where I focused on figurative painting and photography. I make films about finding stories in the things hidden around us.
I’m currently based in Boston where I work in public television, and on personal animated projects.
I love character animation, handmade textures, filling sketchbooks, and finding fruit on the sidewalk. When I’m not creating, I enjoy working with with local film screenings and collaborating with other filmmakers.
