Rental Account Manager
Talamas is seeking a Rental Account Manager who will be responsible for negotiating and coordinating rental packages with clients. Talamas is the premier sales and rental house in New England, providing professional video and audio equipment to the film, television, and content production markets nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with rental clients
Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential rental clients
Take incoming rental calls and generate price quotes for rental clients over the phone and over email
Provide equipment recommendations for clients’ needs and requirements
Negotiate Deals
Provide equipment preparation notes for each job and coordinate with the Rental Technicians for specific equipment preparations
Schedule equipment demos whenever necessary
Assist Accounting with rental account billing matters
Report and assess loss and damage with the appropriate Rental and Purchasing personnel and clients
Interact with the Talamas staff to communicate status of current jobs

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Associates Degree
Extensive knowledge of pro audio
Knowledge of film and digital cinema cameras, lenses and accessories required
Previous sales experience is desired
Exceptional customer service skills (courteous, responsive, resourceful and possess attention to details)
Thorough understanding of production process, set positions, camera reports, and line-item reports
Problem-solving skills and thinking outside of the box when necessary
