About Anastasia O'Brien

I was first introduced to performing in high school and studied theater at Bridgewater State College. Back then, I was young and naïve and had stars in my eyes. I wanted to pursue a career as an actress, but before I knew it, life and its responsibilities got in the way and my aspirations took a back seat. A number of years later, I realized I just wasn't happy with what I was doing in my life. For the past 13 years, I have built my resume to include experience as an actress, acting coach, dialect coach, producer, director and writer of both theater and film and I now own my own theater company, Play Around, a non-profit organization with the goal of providing live theater performances via community outreach while also facilitating the growth & development of its members by offering them the opportunity to work in every aspect of stage production.
