When Eric the squatter moves into the new home of Nick and Marilyn a battle starts for the right to live there. Eric, a victim of the recession has lost his mind after losing his job, wife and home and is out to revenge the city. Nick and Marilyn are a young couple with good careers still on the upward cycle in the city. But Eric is going nowhere. It's his home now.
