Production partners wanted

I have a lean and taut suspense screenplay that can be made in low/no budget conditions, and a few thousand of my own money to invest.
I'm looking for serious people who want to enter into a production partnership to produce this movie and split the monies at the other end when the movie's sold.
You can either match the amount of money I'll put down or, maybe you can get things at a discount or free (locations, film stock, gear, food.) The more you can produce the more points/shares of the movie you earn.
