Producer Wanted for short film

The Life Smugglers is a comedy about Arnold, a 72-year old retired man, facing rising debt and his wife’s enormous health care costs. Arnold transports prescription drugs across the Arizona border with his life-long friend Rocky, under the guise of being tourists. One night the men discover Jorge, a Mexican immigrant, stowed in the back of their van. Like Arnold, Jorge has hopes of a better life in the U.S. But soon Arnold must decide the best way to help another when he can barely help himself.
Shooting scheduled for the first weekend in August in AZ. Want to work w/experienced producer, interested in telling a story about the average working class individual and making a statement about social inequities. We need assistance with fund-raising and production coordinating. Pay dependent on fund-raising.
