INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL OF BOSTON - Opening Night screening of THE BROTHERS BLOOM

The 7th Independent Film Festival of Boston will take place April 22-28 at the Somerville Theatre, the Brattle Theatre, the Coolidge Corner Theatre, and the ICA. Roughly 100 films will be shown and nightly parties will be held.

The Opening night film is Rian Johnson's THE BROTHERS BLOOM starring Mark Ruffalo, Adrien Brody, and Rachel Weisz. It will screen at 7:30pm at the Somerville Theatre on Wednesday April 22nd.

Special guests of the festival this year include Red Sox pitching legend Luis Tiant, Academy-Award winner Chris Cooper, the Farrelly Brothers, Academy-Award nominee Hal Holbrook, Barry Corbin (Northern Exposure), Kevin Corrigan, Bobcat Goldthwait, and Ondi Timoner (director of DIG!).

Tickets go on sale the first week of April at http://www.iffboston.org . Film Passes and Chrome Passes (films & parties) are available on the website as well.

One lucky attendee on opening night will receive 2 free round-trip tickets on JetBlue Airways.
