The City of Lowell�s 2nd Annual Film Festival faces these questions head-on with film programs & panel discussions on the issues of fair trade, garment production, sustainability, and food supply & demand in today�s complex global market. Programming includes:

• Official Opening Night Reception / Friday, April 3
• Opening Night After-Party
• Guest speakers and panel discussions throughout the weekend
• A Fair Trade �Market� featuring businesses, organizations, and retailers who embrace fair trade practices
• Sunday Wrap-Up Brunch / Sunday, April 5
