Richard Broadman’s "Brownsville: Black and White," will have its world premiere at the Coolidge Corner Theatre in Brookline, November 12, 2000 as part of the Boston Jewish Film Festival. When Ted Reed started working with Richard Broadman on what would be his last film project, he expected that this would be merely the continuation of a 30-year long collaborative friendship. However, Broadman passed away this past January. The film was all but complete in its essential editing; but Ted had to attend to many details to finish the project.
