I am a student at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. I am shooting a film on 16mm and am looking for member to do sound. I am looking for a person who is competent with booming actors and doing sync sound on set. We want someone who could boom and mix at the same time, because we're trying to keep a small crew. Plot: Plagued by daily routine, Eli suffers from a monotonous life that's the same thing every day. However when various objects start dissapearing he becomes confused, but soon the people in his life vanish as well, triggering a descent into the intricacies of his mind sending him farther out of touch with reality. We are currently in pre-production. We have a script. Have been doing some test shoots, working on storyboards, and are still searching for cast. We haven't set a specific date for when shooting will begin, but we are estimating sometime around the end of March. We need someone who knows what they're doing and can be reliable. SERVER is set in a future, post-apocalyptic time during which a global computer system has wiped out humanity and controls the world. Man created the Server as a means to assist and protect him, but this sophisticated machine had the ability to recognize that its own immortality would best be achieved by destroying humans. The Server attempted to wipe out all but the model examples of humanity, which it kept to provide its necessary maintenance, but some did survive the onslaught and now live in clans in the wilderness. They have tried for more than a hundred years to defeat the machine, each year selecting one among its best men to track down and destroy the Server. The honor of being chosen comes with the knowledge that no one has ever returned from this perilous journey, and the current "Harvest Champion," Olin Rain, must grapple with the suicidal nature of his quest as he earnestly strives to defeat the Server and reclaim the earth for humanity.
